Research releases

Featured studies and datasets appear first, followed by every release, newest first.

No research releases have been published yet.

Each release will be listed here with its format, research area, version, and dates. Nothing appears in this index until its full method and sources are public.

Research areas

Each area collects releases on one question. A release can belong to more than one area.

  1. Peptide statistics

Counts drawn from public records: approvals, compounding actions, registered trials, and documented market activity.

    Formats: DatasetReference chart

    No releases published

  2. Effectiveness evidence

Comparisons of what human studies report across peptides, with design, size, and limits shown beside every finding.

    Formats: StudyReference chart

    No releases published

  3. Cost data

Dated, itemized prices as published by providers and pharmacies. Units are kept and unknown charges stay unknown.

    Formats: DatasetStudy

    No releases published

  4. FDA regulatory tracker

Approvals, compounding-list actions, advisory reviews, and warning letters that name peptides, each tied to its record.

    Formats: TrackerDataset

    No releases published

  5. BPC-157 research and news

Original human reports, regulatory developments, and corrections for BPC-157, each linked to its primary source.

    Formats: TrackerStudy

    No releases published

  6. Clinical trial data

Registered peptide trials summarized by status, phase, sponsor, enrollment, and date of last registry update.

    Formats: DatasetTracker

    No releases published

  7. Safety statistics

Agency safety findings and reported adverse events, presented with the reporting limits that keep counts from being read as rates.

    Formats: DatasetStudy

    No releases published

  8. Scientific reference tools

Reference charts, glossaries, and calculators that show their formulas, inputs, and limits.

    Formats: Reference chartCalculator or tool

    No releases published

Release formats

Every release is labelled with one format, so you know what you are citing.

Study
Original analysis of public records or published research, with a stated question, method, and limits.
Dataset
Structured records with field definitions, collection dates, and the source for every row.
Tracker
A dated record that is updated as new primary documents appear, with a visible change log.
Reference chart
A single figure designed to be cited, published with its underlying data and sources.
Calculator or tool
An interactive reference tool that shows its formula, inputs, and limits. No dosing instructions.

Research standards

Research follows our methodology and editorial standards. Before a release is listed, it states each of the items here.

Funding and commercial relationships

For information about the publication's funding and commercial relationships, see How we make money.

  1. Question and scopeWhat the release asks, which peptides, forms, and jurisdictions it covers, and what it leaves out.
  2. MethodHow records were found, which were included or excluded, and why.
  3. Primary sourcesAgency records, registries, and original papers, linked where each figure or claim is used.
  4. DatesWhen the release was published, last updated, and when its data was collected or checked.
  5. LimitationsWhat the data cannot show, and which conclusions it does not support.
  6. Authorship and reviewWho prepared it, whether AI tools assisted, and whether a named, qualified specialist reviewed it.
  7. Versions and correctionsA version number and a dated log of every substantive change or correction.
  8. CitationA suggested citation and a permanent URL that will not change.

Cite and contact

Journalists, researchers, and editors are welcome to cite and link to any release.

Suggested citation format

Peptide Care Index. (Year, Month Day). Title of release (Version number). https://peptidecareindex.com/research/…

Each release prints its own citation with the exact date and version. Cite the version you used; its change log keeps earlier versions identifiable.
