About Peptide Care Index
Peptide Care Index is an independent publication for U.S. adults researching peptide care. We help readers examine access claims, understand published provider offers and costs, and prepare useful questions before paying for a consultation or treatment.
On this page
Our purpose is to make the difference between an advertised offer and a documented fact easier to see. A price on a website, a study listing, and an agency document answer different questions. We explain those differences and keep unresolved questions visible.
Who is responsible for the publication
Kaden Coziar is the responsible publisher of Peptide Care Index. He is accountable for publishing decisions, disclosures, and corrections.
The site is operated by Kozi Publishing LLC.
The byline “By Peptide Care Index” identifies the publication. It does not identify a physician, a pharmacist, or a medical review team. Our publisher profile explains the byline and Kaden’s publishing role.
We do not claim medical qualifications for the publisher. No clinician, pharmacist, or regulatory specialist has reviewed the current release. If a qualified contributor reviews future work, the relevant page will identify that person, their credentials, the scope of the review, and its date.
Who we serve
We write for people who want to understand what is being offered and what remains uncertain. That includes readers comparing costs, checking a clinic’s claims, or trying to distinguish research findings from marketing language.
The publication is intended for adults in the United States. We describe information in its stated jurisdiction; an observation about one access route or product is not a conclusion about another.
You can read the site without an account. The current version of Find My Peptide Path is a self-guided research resource. It does not collect your health history or produce a personalized treatment recommendation.
What you can do here
Our first focus is BPC-157. This release also covers TB-500 and sermorelin.
- Read access summaries with linked sources, check dates, and unresolved questions.
- Examine published provider offers, including the purchase unit and qualifications beside each price.
- Use Find My Peptide Path to prepare questions about providers, pharmacies, fees, and the basis for an access claim.
- See how we research and compare information and how we handle authorship, AI assistance, and corrections.
The providers currently shown are listed alphabetically. Their order is not a ranking, and inclusion is not an endorsement. Our comparison is a documented selection of offers, not a complete directory of every provider.
The limits of our work
Peptide Care Index is a publisher. We do not provide healthcare, prescribe or dispense products, decide who qualifies for treatment, set doses, or arrange prescriptions.
Our current research uses published records. We have not independently checked clinician or pharmacy licenses, identified the dispensing pharmacy for every offer, contacted providers, made purchases, inspected pharmacies, or tested products. Published provider claims are attributed to the provider rather than presented as independently established facts.
Providers and pharmacies are responsible for their clinical decisions, products, billing, and service terms. Our pages can help you prepare questions; they cannot establish that a particular treatment is appropriate for you or that a specific product can be supplied to you.
How we are funded
Current provider links are unpaid, and no provider has paid for inclusion, placement, or findings. If a commercial relationship begins, we will disclose it where readers encounter the affected links and on How we make money.
Commercial relationships do not determine our editorial findings. Sources, methods, and disclosed limitations remain the basis of our work.
Contact and accountability
Questions about the publication and reports of factual errors can be sent to partners@peptidecareindex.com. Please use Contact and corrections for what to include, and avoid sending medical records or other sensitive personal information.
When we verify an error, we correct the affected page. Substantive corrections receive a dated explanation of what changed. Read our correction policy.
